Early this year we kicked off Handshake3 with Jewelcamp. Situated in Wellington Jewelcamp was a weeklong event was filled with information sharing, discussions and workshops. It even had its very own pinswap! The event also conincided with a very special exhibition with work by Jewelcamp’s two special guests Sofia Bjorkman and Hilde de Decker. The exhibition Contemporary Jewellery from Stockholm and Antwerb was held at Avid Gallery.

During this week we were fortunate to have discussion sessions which included special guests from various national institutions as well as two fantastic workshops by both Sofia and Hilde – these were great! … Thank you!
