These last couple of weeks I have been making. And while making I have been thinking about rocks. The stories or vignettes we attach to rocks develop independently to its own existence which is tied up in a whole other narrative.
As a kind of re-enchantment, the rock forms I hammer from silver are hollow, much like the vessels I have made in the past, which makes them very light. I wonder what these rock forms would tell me if I held them to my ear – like a shell makes the sound of the sea.
