2017 and I am still making rocks. It doesn’t weigh me down to much – there are still stories to tell and ideas to explore. Matter of fact, the ideas that float above the concept of weightlessness, lightness, and the void, interest me the most and I find it useful to use the rock form to contain this thought. I like to amplify this kind of ‘is it – isn’t it’ dualism with material decisions, so use resin, a synthetic product to re-enchant the rock form.
